The Children’s Circle was founded in 2002 to promote the highest standards of advocacy for children in Missouri.  Children Circle members are individuals who support the work of Citizens for Missouri’s Children with an annual gift of $1,000 or more and share an intense commitment to bettering the lives of children through changes in public policies and systems.
